Image  You are invited to apply for the The South East Asian Drafting (SEAD) Training Course 2008, practical hands-on training in the preparation of patent application and claims. The course is divided into 2 parts. The first part will be from 31 March to 4 April 2008 and the second part will be from 22-26 September 2008. Both series of tutorials will be at the Grand Hyatt Erawan hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

DIP marched forth to become a member of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)

The Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) takes over from the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) on Thailand’s accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) under the World Intellectual Property Organization or WIPO to protect Thai inventions in the global arena.
